Unable to download archive reshade

Anybody able to help me out with Reshade? I can't get it to work. It says "compiling effects" and "success" as if its loading up properly but it doesn't actually display any effects and none of the hotkey toggles to enable/disable are working. It only loads up in borderless full screen and if I go to fullscreen it freezes I would really like enhanced motion blur and depth of field.
